Santa Train Rides in New Jersey

The Volunteer Railroaders Association, the Whippany Railway Museum as well as the Jersey Central and Tri-State Chapters of the National Railway Historical Society, in conjunction with Santa Claus, are offering kids and their parents a chance to meet Santa while enjoying a train ride through the New Jersey countryside.

The Volunteer Railroaders Association will be operating Santa Trains on Saturday, December 5th.   The Jersey Central Chapter will sponsor trips departing Westfield and Raritan, New Jersey on Saturday, December 12th.  The Tri-State Chapter's trains will depart Netcong, Dover, Lake Hopatcong and Hackettstown on Saturday, December 12th.  The Whippany Railway Museum will be operating trains departing the museum site in Whippany on multiple days.  Please use the links below for departure times and to purchase tickets for trains leaving the following stations:
